This set of watercolor brushes will provide you with a large selection of sizes in the round style.
The tips are very pointed and allowed me to create leaves with perfect shaping and precise work in other designs.
The brushes held a good amount of water and paint, but there were times when I ran out of water sooner than I was expecting, even though the brush had been fully wet when I started.
The box that the brushes comes in is useful for storing the brushes when not in use.
I’m quite happy with this set of round brushes and they will be a nice addition to my stash of watercolor and acrylic paint brushes.

These paintbrushes have a lot of really good things going for them. The bristles are very soft. I believe they are appropriate for watercolor, but I would never confuse these with genuine animal hair. I picked up these paintbrushes because I was really interested in getting back into watercolor painting after a couple of years hiatus. The brush set is not diverse; it consists of 8 quill-style brushes. The ferrule is plastic, you can see through it and it appears to have been stapled to the brush. This cheapens the appearance of the brush but doesn't detract from the performance. The ferrule does not rattle around on the handle of the brush, which is an improvement on a lot of the less expensive brushes I've tried in the past. I'm not a good painter, just a dabbler, so I will leave it up to the experts to judge the quality of how it paints. This does feel like a solid set for the price.

the brushes hold a really nice amount of water, and hold their shape well. no hairs out of place, and the ferrules are on well. they're not the best brushes in the world or anything, but they're great for the price and i really like using them. you can get small details or big washes with them, i think the only thing that would make them better is if they had a version with slightly longer handles.

This pick up paint very well. I had no problems controlling my brushstrokes and was able to create crisp lines where needed. I initially got these for my 7 year old daughter who is taking art lessons. But I think these are too nice for her age group. I think we will be using these together as a lesson how to properly use a brush.

This was a nice assortment of different size brushes all wrapped up in nice storage box. I liked the red color of them, they just popped out to me, especially if storing them on a desk. I also liked, and had not seen before, the caps that you put on the bristles to protect them. All around a great set of brushes for the artist in your life.
