The MSDS is a general Water Colour document (Version 1, date printed: 02/06/2023), not a separate certificate for this palette. Color charts are references; screen, paper and application affect appearance.

The historical test and assessment reports describe only their original samples and requested scope. They do not establish that each current Artist, Skin Tone, Pastel or Iridescent set was separately tested.

The 2019 SVHC reports use historical lists (197 and 201 substances), not a statement of current Candidate List coverage. SVHC (9119)186-0097 covers specified pigment components of CPW24MT. The revised Picasso report cover identifies (9119)210-0266, while interior pages identify (9119)200-0162; this inconsistency remains in the unchanged source. Its results include detected arsenate-related substances below the stated 0.1% limit, so it is not an all-not-detected report.

LHAMA (6620)015-0807: 52-page supplied copy; original report references 62 pages. Scope and conclusions are limited to pages provided. This is an Artist Water Colour 48-color sample report with liquid-formulation adult-use assessments, not proof that all current half-pan configurations were tested. The final Vandyke Brown assessment conclusion is not included. The source states that the report is valid only as the original, complete document.
